KEHILLAH is truly non-denominational - or, if you prefer - trans-denominational. 

That means we are not associated with any one branch and we do not push any one branch in our program.  The bottom line is:  

We're totally GUNG-HO JUDAISM! -

• Pro-Jewish Religion -
• Pro-Jewish People -
• Pro-Jewish Study -
• Pro-Jewish practices and rituals -

      and most importantly -

• Pro-Jewish-Continuity. 

As we explain in our segment, Our Mission - Our Plan, Kehillah's focus is on just a few main goals which we believe are good for ALL Jews and are supportable by ALL Jews - no matter which branch or affiliation: 

• Promote a positive view of Judaism (to counter the negativity that many Jews are exposed to);
• Advertise to Educate Jews about general, basic, non-controversial Jewish concepts (because so many highly educated Jews have no idea what Judaism is really about);
• Encourage Jews to engage in more traditional practices - because we believe most Jews will like them once they know of them and try them - and because they truly do deepen the experience of being Jewish - and because we believe these pracitces help to keep Jews being Jewish, continuing to pass the religion down from generaton to generation. 

We do not see it as part of our mission to move Jews from one branch to another.  There are many outreach programs associated with the various branches.  We're not in competition with any of them.  They each play an important role. 

Our mission is essentially simple and intentionally non-controversial and therefore supportable by all Jews. 

We believe it is in the interest of all Jews to keep Jews being Jewish - and since KEHILLAH is about keeping Jews loving being Jewish and passing Judaism down through their families - we believe that every Jew who can support us, ought to support us - because we believe our program is good for the Jews - Good for ALL Jews - Good for the future of Judaism - In fact, important for the future of Judaism - Actually, we believe that our mission is CRUCIAL for the future of Judaism!
